While series 9 is currently being filmed leaving us without our beloved show on our screens, the fine folks over at Titan Comics have been keeping the flame alive with their excellent series of comics featuring the Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth incarnations of the Doctor.
Not ones to rest on their laurels though, Titan Comics has announced that on August 12th they will be launching a brand new 5-part weekly Doctor Who series crossing over all three aforementioned incarnations and teaming them up with the one face the Doctor wishes he never had…the War Doctor!
The story is illustrated by Neil Edwards and written by the fantastic Paul Cornell (the man who gave us “Father’s Day” and “Human Nature/Family of Blood”). The series will continue on from each of the Titan main range’s end of year one issues (#15) and will bridge the gap into their second year.
In addition Titan Comics is sponsoring the first ever global Doctor Who Comics Day to take place on 15th August.
